The total includes reading time and moving between stations. Plastic Surgery ST3 national selection is one 30-minute online interview in three consecutive sections with no breaks — not PHST. OSCE and Communications (10 min: consent then communication), Clinical Scenario (10 min, two cases), Structured Interview (10 min, 2–3 questions). Official format
