How to cancel, what you get back, and the statutory rights that sit behind all of it.
Go to your account page and open the billing portal, then choose Cancel subscription. It takes about thirty seconds and you do not need to contact us.
If you would rather we did it, email [SUPPORT@YOURDOMAIN.COM] from the address on your account and we will cancel it for you within two working days.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not cut you off on the day you cancel.
For digital content bought online you normally have 14 days from the day the contract is made to cancel and get a full refund. That right comes from the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
There is an important exception, and it applies here. If you ask us to give you access immediately — which is what most people want — and you acknowledge that doing so ends your cancellation right, then once we start supplying the content the 14-day right no longer applies. We ask for that consent explicitly at checkout, with a tick box. It is not buried.
If you would rather keep the 14-day right, simply do not tick that box. Your access will start once the 14 days have passed.
The statutory position is the floor, not the ceiling. Beyond it we will refund you in these situations:
What we generally cannot refund is a full year that has been substantially used, or a subscription cancelled after an interview has taken place. If your circumstances are genuinely exceptional, write to us — we read every message and we would rather be fair than rigid.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. They usually appear within 5–10 working days depending on your bank. We do not charge a processing fee.
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries over several days and emails you. Access is suspended while the payment is outstanding and restored the moment it succeeds. If it never succeeds, the subscription ends and you are not charged again.
If we change the price, we will email you before your renewal so you can decide whether to continue. Your existing term is never repriced mid-way.
Email [SUPPORT@YOURDOMAIN.COM]. We reply within two working days. If we cannot sort it out between us, our Terms of Service explain the complaints route and your right to take the matter further.
