My PDP focuses on three areas. Clinically I want to deepen outpatient exposure in my chosen specialty, particularly complex chronic disease management; while I'm confident managing acute emergencies, I want more structured experience in longitudinal optimisation. Secondly I want to continue developing leadership and service-improvement skills, building on prior QI work to improve follow-up pathways and reduce avoidable admissions. Thirdly I want to refine my teaching skills and possibly formalise this through educational development, as I enjoy teaching specialty emergencies and physiology to junior colleagues. Overall my PDP is focused on progressing from competent acute management towards confident, well-rounded specialty practice with both clinical depth and system awareness.
